The next 4th of December takes place the Seminar “German macroeconomics: How it’s different and why that matters” speakers of which include CGR´s Director, Prof Brigitte Granville. The Seminar will explore the ways in which macroeconomics of the German political establishment differs from standard western macroeconomics and the question of how and how much the idiosyncrasies of these German views matter for the health of the German Economy, the development of the Eurozone and the world Economy, with a panel of speakers including Peter Bofinger, Michael Burda, Wendy Carlin, Brigitte Granville, Jacques Mélitz, Charlotte Rommerskirchen, Charles Wyplosz, and Fabian Zuleeg.
The seminar will take place on Friday 4 December at Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University, from 13:00h to 16:00h.
